“Ideas worth spreading” – The foundational principles of TEDx – inspired me to share my thoughts on what’s important in this world of news overload, leadership hype and uncertainty.
I engaged with my audience, not only to share my thoughts but also to nudge them to instropect on what’s important to each one of us – essentially, the leader within. Leadership starts at grassroots level, at local communities and gradually growing “an Idea worth spreading”.
The satisfaction of this talk was the feedback I received from erstwhile unknown audience. People across age groups appreciated the nature of interdisciplinary content and also weaving the 3 pillars of the idea into a single cohesive message. They also mentioned that it inspired them to act, at whatever scale they could, and contribute to a more equitable society where compassion becomes a tool for engagement.
